You can find it for yourself in an abandoned building in the Gratitude area of the city relatively early on in the game. The HCF is a modified handcannon that sets enemies on fire – which is one heck of a pitch, right? However, an upgraded Dread could see you through most of the game. Once you start to come up against robotic enemies that are resistant to physical attacks, you’ll want to pair it with an energy weapon. It’s versatile for taking down many different types of enemies and works well at both short and medium range.
